1. Presentations: A research papers should be submitted on or before May 30, 2016. The paper should be submitted by the author who intends to make presentation at the conference. Notification of accepted papers will be sent within two weeks from the receipt of the paper. Selected papers will be eligible for publication in the conference proceedings (in CD-ROM). The deadline for submission of complete camera ready papers for consideration for the proceeding is 30th May 2016.

2. Digital Paper Presentation: Those who cannot come to the conference in person but wish to present a paper can do so by making a digital presentation. The contributing authors are required to mail PPT of their presentation or video on or before June 30, 2016. The length of presentation should be within 20 minutes. Papers accepted for digital presentation are eligible to be included in the conference proceedings. Papers will be printed in the program bulletin and the author who registers will be sent the conference CD by September, 2016.

3. In Absentia: Those who cannot come to conference in person but wish to present a paper in absentia are encouraged to submit their abstract and papers on or before 30th June 2016. Papers presented in absentia are eligible to be included in the conference proceedings and publications. Papers will be printed in the program bulletin and the author who registers in absentia will be sent the conference CD by September, 2016.

4. Poster Presentation: Post graduate students are eligible to participate in Poster Presentation. Topic of the Presentation can be any work related to ICCP 2016. Participants should set up their posters on time according to the conference program. We will provide adhesive tapes for holding the posters. Participants are kindly required to remove their poster, once the session is over. Participants are required to upload the electronic copy of the poster before the deadline May 30, 2016. A poster template is available for download. The size of the poster template is 100cm x 140cm.s.
